Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning of designing, delivering to site, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment for project awarded.
- Supervise and control over sub-contractors to strictly comply with relevant terms and conditions of the contract.
- Liaise with the relevant consultants to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Oversee the daily progress of all activities on site and ensure that the project is on schedule and that deliverables are made in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
- Identify any major bottlenecks that may obstruct the development of the project and obtain solutions to circumvent these problems.
- Supervise, appraise, develop and motivate subordinate staff in order to derive optimal performances.
- Provide immediate superior with timely and accurate monthly performance report.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, able to work independently, enthusiastic team player.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in ELV System , Railway Projects would be added advantage.
- Contract basis.
