Personal Assistant
(Technical Experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customer, sub-contractors and the authorities during works preparation and implementation.
  • Supervise the site management, project implementation, safety issues, work supervision to ensure the compliance of all standards and quality and customer’s requirement.
  • Work closely with contractors involved and follow up on the site issues and prepared the work report such as site progress report check list, site testing, site progress report etc.
  • Provide input (technical information, project method, product specification & site condition) for system design.
  • Compile engineering drawings for client’s approval and site erection.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Electrical & Electronic Engineering /Mechatronic or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have experience in Communication Systems experience either in Design or Construction.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in railways industry or relevant industry.
  • Contract basis.
